Membership dues are $40 per calendar year (or $41.75 if you want to help with the electronic transaction fee). Membership forms and dues for 2025 received after December 1, 2024 will be charged a $5 late fee (except for new residents) and will result in a loss of group discounted rates with Casella Waste until membership is processed (potentially the next quarter billing).

Existing & new FHCA Members please call or email Kevia Shepard at Casella Waste Gaithersburg to review/set up your trash account. She will ensure that you are getting the deeply discounted group trash rate for your home. She can be reached at 301.200.3131 and/or kevia.shepard@casella.com
If you are a new FHCA member, we will alert Casella Waste within a few days of your paying your FHCA membership dues, stating your eligibility to get group discounted rates. Once you have a Casella Waste account and an FHCA membership, you will receive the discount on your next quarterly bill from Casella.
